MyHealthCheck

Life Time launched myHealthCheck to help companies get control of their health care costs by linking premium deductions with key health measurements. The program included physical and laboratory assessments, health counseling, group programs and an online dashboard to track progress. The assessments were carried out on-site at employers' offices in mobile assessment units or in pop-up facilities. To connect with the wide array of participants who would participate in the program, custom photography captured a range of demographic and physical profiles engaging in everyday healthy activities.
